Work! Work! and work! There are some Employers who only want work from their employees; they think only from their own individual perspective. He never wants to think from employee’s point of view. In his greed for making more profit by minimizing cost, he doesn’t want to think that employee is also a human being, who has a mind, and, also has a personal life with his family members. Each one of us works, so that at the end of the day, we can enjoy our family and share our happiness and sorrow with our near and dear ones. Life is full of ups and down. An employee can also have some personal problems. Work is for leaving a decent life, life is not for work only, but, unfortunately, most of the employers don’t want to agree with this true fact of life.
